1. Introduction

2. Setup and Installation

2.1. Before You Begin

• Ensure you have a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported.
• Download the Osaio app from your mobile device's app store.
• Have your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password ready.

2.2. Camera Placement

Consider the following when choosing camera locations:

• Indoor Camera: Ideal for hallways, living rooms, or study rooms. Place it on a flat surface or mount it to a wall/ceiling.
• Outdoor Camera: Suitable for outdoor security, such as monitoring entrances or yards. Ensure it is within Wi-Fi range and has access to a power outlet.
• Avoid placing cameras in direct sunlight or near strong light sources that may affect image quality.

2.3. Connecting the Cameras

1. Power On: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided power adapter. The camera will power on and enter pairing mode.
2. Open Osaio App: Launch the Osaio app on your smartphone. If you are a new user, create an account.
3. Add Device: Tap the "+" icon in the app to add a new device. Select the appropriate camera model.
4. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. You will be prompted to scan a QR code displayed on your phone screen with the camera lens.
5. Pairing Confirmation: Once the camera successfully connects, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will change.
6. Name Your Camera: Assign a name to your camera (e.g., "Living Room Camera," "Front Door Camera") for easy identification.

Note: If there is a power outage, the camera will automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network once power is restored.

3. Operation

3.1. Live View and Recording

Access live video feeds from your cameras anytime, anywhere via the Osaio app. The cameras support 24/7 recording.

3.2. IR Night Vision

Both cameras are equipped with IR lamps to provide clear images even in complete darkness, ensuring round-the-clock surveillance.

3.3. Two-Way Audio

The built-in microphone and speaker allow you to hear and speak to anyone near the camera through the Osaio app. This feature is useful for communicating with family, friends, or pets, or deterring unwanted visitors.

3.4. Motion Detection and Alerts

The cameras are equipped with motion detection capabilities. When motion is detected, you will receive instant alerts on your Osaio app.

3.5. Flexible Storage Options

Recorded video can be saved using one of the following methods:

• Micro SD Card: Supports up to 128GB (not included). Insert the Micro SD card into the designated slot on the camera.
• Cloud Storage Service: Subscription required. Refer to the Osaio app for details on cloud storage plans.

Note: Recording video requires either an SD card or a cloud service subscription.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your security cameras.

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Firmware Updates: Periodically check the Osaio app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures the latest features and security enhancements.
• Network Stability: Ensure your Wi-Fi network remains stable and strong in the areas where cameras are installed for uninterrupted operation.
• Power Supply: Use only the original power adapters provided with the cameras.
