3. Setup and Installation
The Coolblus Portable Air Conditioner is designed for easy installation. Follow these steps to set up your unit.
What's in the Box:
- 1.5m Exhaust hose
- Window slide bar and adaptor
- Remote control
- Filter cleaning brush
Installation Steps:
- Attach the exhaust hose to the unit's air exhaust vent.
- Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the window adapter.
- Adjust the window slide bar to fit your window opening (maximum 47 inches, minimum 9 inches).
- Insert the window adapter into the fitted window slide bar.
- Ensure all connections are secure to prevent air leakage.
- Position the unit on a flat, stable surface. The 360-degree casters allow for easy placement in various rooms like bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, or study rooms.

Control Panel and Remote Control:
The unit can be controlled via the LED display panel on top of the unit or the included remote control. The remote control has a range of up to 33 ft.

Operating Modes:
- Cooling Mode: Adjust temperature between 61°F (16°C) and 88°F (31°C) for rapid cooling.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air with Low/High speed options.
- Dehumidifying Mode: Removes excess moisture, up to 95 Pints per day, creating a more comfortable environment.
Special Functions:
- Sleep Mode: Activates ultra-low noise operation (52 dB) for undisturbed sleep.
- 24-Hour Timer: Program the unit to turn on or off automatically within a 24-hour period.
- Automatic Restart: The unit will resume operation with previous settings after a power outage.

5. Maintenance

Filter Cleaning:
The air conditioner comes with a removable and washable mesh filter. It is recommended to clean the filter regularly to maintain air quality and cooling efficiency.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Locate and remove the mesh filter (refer to Figure 2.2 for location).
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Use the included filter cleaning brush for stubborn dust or debris.

Drainage:
The unit features a built-in automatic evaporation system. For continuous drainage, a drain hose can be installed to automatically drain condensed water, especially useful in high humidity environments.
- Connect a suitable drain hose to the continuous drainage hole (refer to Figure 2.2).
- Ensure the hose is directed to a suitable drain or container.
