5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Water Resistance

The watch is rated for 30 meters (3ATM) water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily use such as hand washing, rain, and splashes. It is not recommended for swimming, diving, or showering, as prolonged exposure to water pressure or steam can compromise the seals.

5.2 Cleaning the Watch

To clean your watch, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the case or strap. For the silicone strap, mild soap and water can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying.

5.3 Battery Information

The watch uses 1 Lithium Polymer battery (included). Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Display is blank or dim: Check battery level. If the battery is low, the display may become dim or disappear. Replace the battery.
  • Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, though this model does not specify a lock function). Try pressing the buttons firmly. If issues persist, a battery reset might be needed by a professional.
  • Time is inaccurate: Re-set the time according to Section 3.1. If inaccuracy persists after setting, the battery may be low or the movement may require service.
  • Water inside the watch: If moisture appears inside the watch, stop using it immediately and take it to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
