1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this bed frame. Follow the included step-by-step instructions carefully. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Unpack Components: Lay out all parts on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each component using the parts list.
2. Assemble Headboard: Attach the headboard support legs to the upholstered headboard panel. Do not fully tighten bolts yet.
3. Connect Side Rails: Secure the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Ensure the connections are stable.
4. Install Center Support: Attach any center support beams or legs as indicated in the detailed assembly guide.
5. Place Wooden Slats: Distribute the wooden slats evenly across the bed frame. Secure them in place according to the instructions to ensure proper mattress support and noise reduction (EVA foam is integrated for quiet sleep).
6. Assemble Storage Drawers: Assemble the four storage drawers. Each drawer is equipped with heavy-duty wheels for smooth operation and a secure fixture to prevent accidental sliding out.
7. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and fully tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjustable Headboard

The headboard height can be adjusted to accommodate mattresses of varying thicknesses (6-12 inches). To adjust:

1. Loosen the bolts connecting the headboard panel to the support legs.
2. Slide the headboard panel up or down to your desired height (between 42.9 inches and 45.7 inches).
3. Re-tighten the bolts securely to lock the headboard in position.

4.2 Storage Drawers

The bed frame includes four spacious storage drawers for organizing bedding, clothing, and other items.

• Opening/Closing: Gently pull or push the drawers using the integrated handles. The heavy-duty wheels ensure smooth movement.
• Secure Fixture: Each drawer features a secure fixture (small screw aligning with a hole) to prevent it from accidentally sliding out from under the bed. Ensure this fixture is engaged when the drawer is fully closed.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: The upholstered linen fabric should be dry cleaned only. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or wet cleaning methods, as these may damage the fabric.
• Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
• Drawer Wheels: Keep drawer wheels free of debris to ensure smooth operation.

6. Troubleshooting

• Squeaking Noises: If the bed frame makes noise, check all connections and tighten any loose bolts. Ensure slats are properly seated. The integrated EVA foam is designed to minimize noise.
• Drawers Not Sliding Smoothly: Check for any obstructions under the drawers or in the wheel tracks. Clean the wheels if necessary. Ensure the drawers are correctly aligned.
• Headboard Wobbles: Ensure the headboard adjustment bolts are fully tightened. If wobbling persists, check the connection points to the side rails.
