1. Product Overview

This manual provides instructions for the eeTao AC/DC Adapter, designed to power and charge the 21V 2000mAh DC21V 2Ah Lithium Ion Battery for Tomyvic TY-601 and TY-602 Mini Chainsaws. Ensure this adapter is compatible with your device before use.

2. Setup Instructions

1. Verify Compatibility: Ensure your device is a Tomyvic TY-601 or TY-602 Mini Chainsaw requiring a 21V DC input.
2. Connect to Device: Insert the barrel connector of the eeTao AC/DC Adapter firmly into the charging port of your Tomyvic mini chainsaw battery or charging dock.
3. Connect to Power Outlet: Plug the AC adapter into a standard 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz wall outlet. The adapter is designed for world-wide input voltage.
4. Confirm Connection: Once connected, your device should indicate that it is receiving power or charging, typically via an LED indicator on the device or battery.

3. Operating Guidelines

Important Note on Batteries: Rechargeable batteries have a finite lifespan, typically lasting 1 to 3 years. If your device's battery is old or dead, it may not accept a charge, even with a functional charger. This is a battery issue, not a charger malfunction. A voltmeter can be used to test if the charger is working correctly by checking its output voltage.
