Setup
Strap Adjustment
The silicone strap is designed for comfort and durability. To adjust the strap, locate the buckle and the series of holes on the strap. Button Functions
The NF7104 watch features four primary buttons:

Operating Instructions
Time and Date Setting
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds digits will flash.
- Press the RESET button to cycle through the setting items: seconds → hour → minute → month → date → day of week.
- While an item is flashing, use the ST/STP button to adjust the value. Hold ST/STP to increase values rapidly.
- Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to exit setting mode and return to normal time display.
Alarm Setting
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter Alarm mode.
- Press the RESET button to select the hour digits. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the hour.
- Press the RESET button again to select the minute digits. Use the ST/STP button to adjust the minute.
- Press the MODE button to exit Alarm setting mode.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the ST/STP button while in Alarm mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
Stopwatch Function
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter Stopwatch mode. The display will show '00:00:00'.
- Press the ST/STP button to start the stopwatch.
- Press the ST/STP button again to stop the stopwatch.
- Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to '00:00:00'.
- Press the MODE button to exit Stopwatch mode.
Luminous Mode (Backlight)
The NF7104 features a luminous mode for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. To activate the backlight, press the LIGHT button. The LED light will illuminate the dial for a few seconds. This function is designed to be energy-efficient.
