  1. Insert the batteries into the provided battery charger.
  2. Connect the charger to a power source using the USB cable.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
"Please insert SD card" error or card not recognized.
  • Ensure the card is inserted correctly.
  • Format the TF card within the camera itself. Formatting on a computer may cause recognition issues.
  • Use a high-quality U3 format Micro SD card. The card might be damaged if issues persist.
Video recording is segmented (files are split).

The action camera only supports FAT32 format TF cards. Due to FAT32 limitations, individual file sizes cannot exceed 4GB. If your recording exceeds 4GB, the camera automatically creates a new file segment.

Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on in the camera (often by holding the power button to activate Wi-Fi connection mode).
  • Verify that you are using the correct app: "iSmart DV2".
  • Check that the connected device has granted necessary permissions to the app.
