3. Setup

3.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the hearing aids and their charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a suitable power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging progress. A full charge for the charging box takes approximately 2 hours.

3.2. Fitting the Hearing Aids

Follow these steps to prepare your hearing aids for use:

  1. Remove the hearing aid from its packaging.
  2. Select the appropriate ear tip size for a comfortable and secure fit.
  3. Gently insert the hearing aid into your ear canal. Ensure it sits snugly without causing discomfort.
  4. If necessary, consult a healthcare professional for assistance in customizing the fit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off

To power on the hearing aid, long press the touchpad control button on the device. To power off, long press the button again.

4.2. Volume Adjustment

Once powered on, click the touchpad control button to cycle through the four available volume levels. Adjust to a comfortable listening level.

4.3. Wearing the Hearing Aid

Wear the hearing aid as directed by a healthcare professional or as needed for improved hearing in various environments. Ensure the device is securely seated in your ear to prevent accidental dislodgement.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the hearing aids and the charging case. Do not use water or cleaning solvents directly on the devices. Periodically check and clean ear tips for wax buildup.

5.2. Storage

When not in use, store the hearing aids in their charging case. Keep the case and hearing aids in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

5.3. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, fully charge the devices before long periods of inactivity. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.

6. Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with your CIS ZR-G400-LZ hearing aids, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
