Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; appliance fault. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check your circuit breaker. If the problem persists, contact customer support. |
| Food is not cooking evenly. | Overcrowding the basket/rack; incorrect temperature/time; food not flipped/shaken. | Avoid overcrowding; cook in smaller batches. Adjust temperature and time as needed. For air frying, shake or flip food halfway through cooking. |
| White smoke coming from the oven. | Grease or food residue burning; high-fat food. | Unplug the oven and let it cool. Clean the interior and accessories thoroughly. For high-fat foods, use the drip tray and ensure it's clean. |
| Food is not crispy. | Too much moisture; overcrowding; insufficient oil (for air frying). | Pat food dry before cooking. Do not overcrowd the basket. A light spray of oil can help achieve crispiness. Ensure the air fryer basket is used for air frying. |
