Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Connect the USB-C charging cable to the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser and a suitable power source. Ensure the device is fully charged before initial use. A full charge provides up to 14 days of battery life.
  2. Prepare for Use: Ensure the device is waterproof before use. If necessary, clean removable parts with warm, soapy water.
  3. Fill the Water Reservoir: Open the reservoir cap and fill the water reservoir with water. The 250ml capacity allows for a complete flossing session without refilling.
  4. Attach the Nozzle: Securely attach the desired nozzle (Standard) to the power flosser.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the start button to activate the flosser.
  2. Select Intensity: The device features 3 adjustable pressure levels. Select your preferred intensity setting for a comfortable and effective clean.
  3. Position the Nozzle: Place the nozzle tip between your teeth and along the gum line. The 360° rotating nozzle allows you to reach all areas of your mouth.
  4. Guide the Water Stream: Guide the water stream along your gum line and between each tooth. Utilize the Pulse Wave Technology to gently pulse water from tooth to tooth, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
  5. Complete Flossing: Continue until you have cleaned all desired areas. A typical session takes approximately 60 seconds.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Nozzle: After each use, remove the nozzle and rinse it under running water. For a more thorough cleaning, you can wash it with warm, soapy water.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause / Solution
Device does not turn on. Battery may be depleted. Charge the device fully. Ensure the power button is pressed firmly.
Weak water stream. Reservoir may be empty or low. Refill the reservoir. Nozzle may be clogged; clean the nozzle. Ensure the intensity setting is appropriate.
