Before installation, ensure your shower opening dimensions are compatible with the 60" W x 72" H shower door. The top and bottom guides can be cut to fit different bathroom widths if necessary. This shower door features reversible installation, allowing for either a left or right-hand opening configuration.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Measure the width and height of your shower opening to confirm compatibility.
- Ensure the shower base or curb is level and structurally sound.
- Gather all necessary tools (e.g., drill, level, tape measure, screwdriver, caulk gun).
4.2 Installation Steps
- Prepare the Opening: Clean the installation area. Mark the positions for the wall profiles.
- Install Wall Profiles: Secure the vertical aluminum wall profiles to the wall using appropriate fasteners. Ensure they are plumb.
- Install Top and Bottom Guide Rails: Attach the top and bottom aluminum alloy guide rails. The bottom guide rail integrates water leakage prevention and provides the sliding track function. Ensure they are level.
- Position Fixed Glass Panel: Carefully place the fixed tempered glass panel into its designated position within the frame.
- Install Sliding Rollers: Attach the four rollers (two upper, two lower) to the sliding glass panel. These rollers ensure smooth operation and easy opening.
- Install Sliding Glass Panel: Carefully hang the sliding glass panel onto the top guide rail and seat it into the bottom guide rail.
- Attach Handle: Install the premium stainless steel handle to the sliding glass panel.
- Apply Seal Strips: Install the magnetic seal strips and water seal strips to ensure a watertight enclosure and secure closure.
- Seal with Silicone: Apply a bead of silicone sealant along the exterior joints of the frame and wall for a complete waterproof seal. Allow adequate drying time before use.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your shower door.
6.1 Glass Cleaning
- Clean tempered glass surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch the glass or damage the explosion-proof film.
- Wipe down the glass after each use to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.
6.2 Frame and Hardware Cleaning
- Clean aluminum frame and stainless steel handle with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
- Periodically check the rollers and guide rails for any debris or buildup that might hinder smooth operation. Clean as needed.
- Inspect seal strips for wear and tear. Replace if damaged to maintain leakproof performance.

7. Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for solutions to common issues you might encounter.
7.1 Water Leakage
- Issue: Water is leaking from the shower enclosure.
Solution: Check that all seal strips are properly installed and undamaged. Ensure silicone sealant was applied correctly and has fully cured. Verify that the bottom guide rail is free of obstructions and properly aligned.
7.2 Door Not Sliding Smoothly
- Issue: The sliding door feels stiff or rough when opening/closing.
Solution: Inspect the rollers and guide rails for any dirt, soap scum, or debris. Clean them thoroughly. Ensure the rollers are properly seated in the track and are not damaged.
7.3 Magnetic Seal Not Holding
- Issue: The door does not close tightly, or the magnetic seal is weak.
Solution: Check the alignment of the magnetic seal strips on both the fixed and sliding panels. Ensure they are clean and free of obstructions. If the strips are worn or damaged, they may need replacement.
