3. Setup Instructions
The BONTANNY Red Light Therapy Device XL 400W can be used in various configurations.
Unpacking:
- Carefully remove the device and all accessories from the packaging.
- Verify that all components are present: Red Light Therapy Device, power cord, remote control, hanging kit, and eye protection.
- Inspect the device for any signs of damage during transit. If damaged, contact customer support immediately.
Mounting Options:
The device is designed to be used with a horizontal or vertical stand (sold separately) or can be hung using the included hanging kit.
- Stand Usage: If using a BONTANNY horizontal or vertical stand, follow the assembly instructions provided with the stand. Ensure the device is securely mounted.
- Hanging Kit: For wall or door mounting, use the provided hanging kit. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the device's weight (approximately 31.45 lbs / 14.26 kg).

4. Operating Instructions
Control Panel and Remote Control:
The device can be operated using the intelligent control panel located on the side of the unit or via the included remote control. The remote control requires a 23A 12V battery (not included).

Basic Operation:
- Power On: Connect the power cord to the device and a suitable power outlet. Flip the main power switch located on the back of the panel. The fans will turn on, and the red lights will briefly illuminate before turning off.
- Select Mode: Use the "MODE" button on the control panel or remote to cycle through the 3 available light therapy modes:
- Red Light (660nm) only
- Near-Infrared Light (850nm) only
- Red + Near-Infrared Light (660nm & 850nm)
- Set Timer: Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the treatment time from 1 to 30 minutes.
- Start/Stop: Press the "ON/OFF" button to start or stop the light therapy session.
- Eye Protection: Always wear the provided eye protection during facial or eye area treatments.
5. Usage Guidelines
For optimal results and safety, adhere to the following guidelines:
- Treatment Distance: Position yourself 16-24 inches (approximately 40-60 cm) from the device. Closer distances increase irradiance.
- Treatment Duration: Recommended treatment sessions are 10-20 minutes. Do not exceed 30 minutes per session.
- Frequency: Use the device daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
- Eye Protection: Always wear the provided eye protection, especially when treating the face or eyes.
- Hydration: Ensure adequate hydration before and after sessions.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or liquids directly on the LEDs.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use.
- Cooling: The metal case may become warm during operation. Allow the internal fans to run for a few minutes after use to cool down the unit before turning off the main power switch.
7. Troubleshooting

- Device Not Turning On:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the device and a working electrical outlet.
- Check that the main power switch on the back of the device is in the "ON" position.
- Remote Control Not Responding:
- Verify that a 23A 12V battery is correctly installed in the remote control.

- Lights Not Illuminating:
