Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Keyboard

To clean your keyboard, gently wipe the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the keyboard.

2. Battery Replacement

The Logitech Keys-to-GO 2 uses coin cell batteries (CR2025 or CR2032, typically two). While designed for up to 3 years of battery life, actual life may vary. If you experience connectivity issues or reduced performance, it may be time to replace the batteries. Refer to the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard for specific battery type and replacement instructions.

Troubleshooting

1. Keyboard Not Connecting or Disconnecting Frequently

  • Check Battery: Ensure the batteries are not low or depleted. Replace if necessary.
  • Re-pair Device: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, forget the keyboard, and then re-pair it.
  • Interference: Move the keyboard closer to your device and away from other wireless devices that might cause interference.
  • Update Firmware: If applicable, check for firmware updates for your keyboard via the Logi Options+ App.

2. Keys Not Responding or Typing Incorrectly

  • Clean Keys: Ensure no debris is lodged under the keys.
