- Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the feed chute during operation to prevent injury. Use the food pusher provided.
- Unplug the juicer from the power outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Assembly
Assemble your juicer in minutes by following these steps:
- Place the juice bowl/chamber onto the motor base, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- Insert the strainer basket into the juice bowl/chamber.
- Place the auger (pressing screw) into the center of the strainer basket, rotating it until it drops into position.
- Attach the feed chute assembly onto the juice bowl/chamber, aligning the marks and twisting until it locks.
- Position the juice container under the juice spout and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.
Operating Instructions
1. Preparation of Ingredients
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Remove any hard pits, seeds, or thick skins (e.g., citrus peels, pineapple skin).
- Cut ingredients into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute. The LEBENLANG Slow Juicer features an extra-large opening for whole fruits, but smaller pieces are recommended for optimal extraction.

2. Juicing Process
- Plug in the juicer.
- Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
- Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide them down. Do not force ingredients.
- The juicer will slowly press the ingredients, separating the juice into the juice container and the pulp into the pulp container.
- For maximum juice yield and nutrient preservation, the cold press technology ensures up to 95% juice extraction with less oxidation and foam.

3. Reverse Function
- If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops, switch the power to the 'R' (Reverse) position for a few seconds. This will help dislodge the blockage.
- Then, switch back to 'ON' to resume juicing.
4. After Juicing
- Once you have finished juicing, turn the power switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.
- Proceed to the cleaning instructions.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your juicer.
- Unplug the juicer before cleaning.
- Disassemble all removable parts (food pusher, feed chute, auger, strainer basket, juice bowl, juice container, pulp container).
- Rinse all detachable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the strainer basket, as fine mesh can retain pulp.

- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
