Setup

Initial Power-Up & Battery Charging

The D04M has a built-in rechargeable battery. If the screen does not display due to long periods of non-use, plug the timer into a power supply for at least 1 hour. Then, press the "RES" button to restore the display.

Setting the Current Time

1. Press and hold the "SET" button for 3 seconds until the time digits flash.
2. Use the "L/R" buttons to move the cursor to the hour, minute, or second position.
3. Use the "+/-" buttons to adjust the values.
4. Press "OK" to confirm and save the current time.

Operating Modes

1. Interval Timing Switch Function

This mode allows the device to power on for a set period, then power off for another set period, in a permanent cycle. Ideal for applications like hydroponics, aquarium pumps, or intermittent lighting.

Setting Interval Timing:

1. Press the "SET" button. The cursor will appear, and "Interval" will display on the screen.
2. Use the "L/R" buttons to move the cursor to the desired hour, minute, or second position for the "Power OFF" duration.
3. Use the "+/-" buttons to adjust the values.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for the "Power ON" duration.
5. Press the "OK" button to confirm and activate the interval timing.

2. Countdown Timing Switch Function

This mode allows the device to power on for a set countdown period, then power off and end the timing. Useful for short-term operations like charging devices or running a fan for a specific duration.

Setting Countdown Timing:

1. Press the "COUNTDOWN" button. The cursor will appear, and "Countdown" will display on the screen.
2. Use the "L/R" buttons to move the cursor to the desired hour, minute, or second position for the countdown duration.
3. Use the "+/-" buttons to adjust the values.
4. To set the initial state (ON or OFF after countdown), use the "L/R" button to move the cursor to the "ON" or "OFF" position, then use "+/-" to change the state.
5. Press the "OK" button to confirm and activate the countdown timing.

3. Manual ON/OFF Control

At any time, you can manually turn the outlet ON or OFF by pressing the "ON/OFF" button. The screen will display "ON" or "OFF" accordingly, and the indicator light will reflect the current state.

Maintenance

Internal Rechargeable Battery

The D04M features a built-in rechargeable battery that does not require replacement. If the screen does not display due to prolonged periods of non-use, simply plug the timer into a power supply for 1 hour, then press the "RES" button to restore the display.

Troubleshooting

Screen Not Displaying

• Issue: Screen is blank or unreadable.
• Solution: The internal rechargeable battery may be depleted. Plug the timer into a power supply for at least 1 hour. After charging, press the "RES" button to reset and restore the display.

Timer Not Activating/Deactivating

• Issue: Programmed timing is not executing.
