2. Safety Information

• Do not use with infants, children, incapacitated persons, or anyone insensitive to heat.
• Do not use with a damaged cord or plug.
• Do not use with other heating appliances.
• Ensure the controller is always placed on a flat, firm surface away from bedding to prevent overheating.
• Always detach the controller before washing the mattress pad.

3. Setup and Installation

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the mattress pad from its packaging. Unroll and lay it flat on your mattress.
2. Position: Ensure the mattress pad is centered on your bed. The connection point for the controller should be positioned at the foot of the bed.
3. Secure Fit: The built-in skirt is designed to stretch and fit mattresses up to 18 inches deep. Pull the skirt over the corners and sides of your mattress to ensure a snug and secure fit.
4. Connect Controller(s): For King-sized pads, there are two controllers. Plug each controller's cord into the corresponding receptacle on the mattress pad. Ensure connections are firm.
5. Plug In: Plug the power cord(s) from the controller(s) into a 120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use with extension cords or power strips.
6. Layer Bedding: Place your fitted sheet and other bedding over the heated mattress pad.

4. Operating Instructions

The digital controller allows for easy and precise temperature control.

1. Power On: Press the Power button (⏻) to turn on the mattress pad. The LED display will illuminate.
2. Adjust Heat Setting: Use the Up (+) and Down (-) arrow buttons to select your desired heat level from 1 to 12. Level 1 is the lowest heat, and Level 12 is the highest.
3. Pre-Heat Function: For optimal warmth, turn on the mattress pad approximately 15-30 minutes before use.
4. Auto Shut-Off: The pad features a 12-hour selectable auto shut-off for safety and energy efficiency. The controller remembers your last heat setting for convenience.
5. LED Display: The LED display will dim automatically after 10 seconds to minimize light disturbance during the night.
6. Power Off: Press the Power button (⏻) again to turn off the mattress pad.

5. Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your heated mattress pad. Always follow these instructions:

1. Disconnect: Before washing, always ensure the mattress pad is unplugged from the wall outlet and the controller(s) are detached from the pad.
2. Pre-Soak (Optional): For best results, pre-soak the mattress pad for 5-10 minutes in cool water with a small amount of mild detergent.
3. Machine Wash: Wash on the gentle or delicate cycle in a washing machine with cold water. Do not bleach.
4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly on the normal cycle.
5. Machine Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller(s) or storing. Do not iron.
6. Storage: When not in use, store the mattress pad neatly folded in a cool, dry place.
