5.2. Straightening Hair
- Ensure hair is clean, dry, and detangled.
- Section your hair into manageable portions.
- Take a small section of hair and place it between the floating plates, close to the roots.
- Gently close the plates and glide the styler down the hair section from roots to ends in one smooth motion. Do not hold the styler in one place for too long.
- Repeat until the desired straightness is achieved for each section.
5.3. Curling Hair
- Ensure hair is clean, dry, and detangled.
- Section your hair into manageable portions.
- Take a small section of hair and clamp it between the plates, about halfway down the strand.
- Rotate the styler 180 degrees away from your face, then slowly pull it down through the hair section to the ends. The unique Flex Circle Design helps create smooth curls.
- For a more defined curl, hold the styler in place for a few seconds before gliding.
- Release the hair and allow the curl to cool and set.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the plates and exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
- Storage: Store the styler in a cool, dry place. If the styler has a locking mechanism, engage it to keep the plates closed for compact storage and protection.
- Cord Care: Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance. This can damage the cord. Store the cord loosely coiled.
7. Troubleshooting
- Appliance not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power button is pressed and held for the required duration.
- Not heating up: Verify the temperature setting is selected and the indicator lights are solid (not blinking). Allow sufficient time for the appliance to reach the set temperature.
- Hair tugging: Ensure the floating plates are clean and free of product buildup. Take smaller sections of hair and glide the styler smoothly.
- Curls not holding: Ensure hair is completely dry. Use a higher temperature setting if your hair type requires it. Allow curls to cool completely before touching or brushing.
