Setup

1. Charging the Boat Battery

  1. Remove the rechargeable battery from the boat.
  2. Connect the battery to the provided USB charging cable.
  3. Plug the USB charging cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  4. The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status (refer to charger instructions for specific light indications).
  5. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours and provides up to 28 minutes of play time.

2. Installing the Boat Battery

  1. Ensure the boat is powered off.
  2. Open the waterproof cover of the battery compartment on the boat.
  3. Carefully connect the charged battery to the boat's power connector.
  4. Place the battery inside the compartment and securely close the waterproof cover. Ensure it is sealed tightly to prevent water ingress.

3. Installing Remote Controller Batteries

  1. Open the battery cover on the back of the remote controller.
  2. Insert 2 AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings.
  3. Close the battery cover securely.

4. Pairing the Boat and Remote

  1. Place the boat in water. The boat's power system will activate only when it detects water.
  2. Turn on the remote controller using the ON/OFF switch.
  3. The remote controller and boat will automatically pair. An indicator light on the remote will confirm successful pairing (e.g., a solid light).
  4. If pairing fails, turn off both the boat (by removing it from water) and the remote, then repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

  • Forward: Push the left lever forward.
  • Backward: Pull the left lever backward.
  • Turn Left: Rotate the right wheel counter-clockwise.
  • Turn Right: Rotate the right wheel clockwise.

Low Power and Out of Range Alerts

The remote controller is equipped with alert functions to enhance safety and prevent loss of the boat:

  • Low Power Alert: The remote will emit a beeping sound when the boat's battery is low, indicating it's time to return the boat to shore for recharging.
  • Out of Range Alert: If the boat moves beyond the maximum control distance of approximately 164 feet (50 meters), the remote will beep, prompting you to bring the boat closer.

Operating Environment
