4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LCD screen will indicate the charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

4.2 Connecting Earphones

The radio requires earphones for audio output and also uses the earphone cable as its FM receiving antenna.

1. Insert the 3.5mm jack of the supplied earphones firmly into the earphone port on the radio.
2. Ensure the earphones are properly seated for optimal reception and sound quality.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• To power on the radio, press and hold the Power/Mode button (usually the central button or marked with a power icon) for a few seconds until the LCD screen lights up.
• To power off, press and hold the same button again until the screen turns off.

5.2 Volume Control

• Use the '+' button to increase the volume.
• Use the '-' button to decrease the volume.
• The volume level will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5.3 Automatic Station Scan and Storage

The radio can automatically scan and store all available FM stations.

1. Press the Search button (often marked with a magnifying glass icon or 'SCAN').
2. The radio will begin scanning the FM band and automatically save strong signals to memory presets.
3. This process may take a few minutes. Once complete, the radio will stop on the first saved station.

5.4 Manual Tuning and Preset Navigation

• Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to navigate through saved preset stations.
• To manually tune to a specific frequency, press the Search button briefly (if it has a dual function) or use dedicated tuning buttons if available. Then use the Up/Down buttons for fine-tuning.
