Safety Information
- Do Not Overload: The wagon has a maximum weight limit of 330 lbs. Exceeding this limit can cause damage to the wagon and may lead to injury.
- Secure Loads: Always ensure that items placed in the wagon are stable and securely contained to prevent shifting or falling during transport.
- Brake Usage: Engage the wheel brakes when the wagon is stationary, especially on inclines, to prevent unintended movement.
- Supervise Children: This wagon is not a toy. Keep children away from the wagon during assembly and operation. Do not allow children to ride in the wagon.
- Handle with Care: Avoid sudden stops or turns, especially when the wagon is heavily loaded, to maintain stability.
- Inspect Before Use: Before each use, check all parts for wear, damage, or loose connections. Do not use if any components are compromised.
- Storage: Store the wagon in a dry, protected area when not in use to prevent rust or material degradation.
Product Features
- Large Capacity with Tailgate:
The wagon offers generous storage space (unfolded dimensions: 36.2''L × 16.7''W × 37.6''H). It features side mesh pockets for small items, internal front and back openings for long items like umbrellas, and two front cup holders. The unique open tailgate design allows for the transport of extra-long objects, extending the usable length of the wagon.

- Durable and Reliable Design:
Constructed with a compact and robust alloy steel frame, this wagon boasts a load capacity of up to 330 lbs. The main fabric is 600D Oxford, known for its wear-resistant and waterproof properties. The fabric is also easy to disassemble for cleaning. A 12cm long Velcro tape is integrated to secure the fabric to the frame effectively.
- User-Friendly and Smooth Transport:
The extendable handle adjusts to different heights for comfortable pulling. The front two wheels feature 360° rotation and brakes, ensuring smooth movement on various surfaces and preventing skidding on inclines. The tubeless pneumatic tires are designed for diverse terrains, including beaches.

Setup Instructions
The Antifir Collapsible Wagon comes mostly pre-assembled, requiring minimal setup.
- Unfold the Frame: Carefully pull the sides of the wagon frame outwards until it fully extends and locks into place.
- Insert the Inner Liner: Place the fabric inner liner into the unfolded frame. Ensure the bottom of the liner sits flat against the wagon's base. Secure the liner by attaching the Velcro straps around the frame, particularly at the ends, to ensure a snug fit.
- Attach the Wheels: Turn the wagon onto its side or upside down to access the wheel attachment points. For each wheel, locate the orange button on the wheel's shaft. Push this button down and slide the wheel into the corresponding slot on the wagon frame until it clicks securely into place. The wheels with brakes should be attached to the front of the wagon.
- Attach the Handle: Locate the handle attachment point on the front of the wagon. Align the two push pins on the handle with the holes on the wagon frame and slide the handle in until it locks securely.
Your Antifir Collapsible Wagon is now ready for use.
Operating Instructions
- Unfolding: Grasp the top edges of the wagon and pull them apart until the frame fully extends and locks. Push down on the center of the wagon's base to ensure it is flat and stable.
- Loading: Place items evenly inside the wagon, ensuring the weight does not exceed 330 lbs. Distribute heavier items towards the bottom and center for stability.
- Using the Tailgate: To extend the wagon for longer items, unlatch the fabric at the rear of the wagon and lift the tailgate section. This will create an open end, allowing items to protrude. Secure the tailgate back in place when not needed.
- Engaging Brakes: The front wheels are equipped with brakes. To engage, press down on the orange lever located above each front wheel. To release, lift the lever. Always engage brakes when loading/unloading or when the wagon is stationary on an incline.
- Pulling/Pushing: Use the extendable handle to pull the wagon. Adjust the handle height for comfortable operation. The 360° rotating front wheels provide easy maneuverability.
- Folding for Storage: To fold the wagon, ensure it is empty. Pull up on the fabric loop located in the center of the wagon's base. This will cause the frame to collapse inwards. Once partially collapsed, push the sides together until the wagon is fully folded. The wheels can remain attached during folding.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: The 600D Oxford fabric is waterproof and can be easily cleaned. Wipe down the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, the fabric liner can be disassembled from the frame. Allow all components to dry completely before folding and storing.
- Wheel Care: Periodically check the wheels for debris or entanglement. Clean as needed to ensure smooth rotation.
- Frame Inspection: Regularly inspect the alloy steel frame for any signs of rust, bends, or damage. Ensure all joints and connections are secure.
- Lubrication: If the folding mechanism or wheel axles become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts.
- Storage: Store the folded wagon in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to prolong its lifespan.
