6.2 Mode Selection (Manual/Automatic)

The dispenser supports dual operation modes:

  • Automatic Mode: In this mode, the dispenser will automatically cut and dispense the next piece of tape once the previous piece is removed. This is ideal for high-volume, repetitive tasks.
  • Manual Mode: In this mode, the dispenser will cut and dispense one piece of tape each time the "START" button is pressed.

Use the "AUTO/MANU" button on the control panel to switch between these modes. The digital display will indicate the current mode.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your tape dispenser.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or volatile liquids like thinner or benzine.
  • Blade Maintenance: The high-quality knife box is designed for durability. If tape residue accumulates on the blade or cutting mechanism, carefully remove it using the provided tweezers. The knife box is dismountable for easier cleaning and maintenance.
  • Lubrication: Apply a small amount of the provided lubricant to the moving parts of the cutting mechanism periodically, as indicated in the manual or if you notice increased friction.
  • Tape Path Check: Periodically inspect the tape path for any obstructions or adhesive buildup. The baffle design helps prevent tape jamming, but regular checks are recommended.
