Setup
Inserting SIM/SD Card
The OUKITEL C38 supports dual SIM cards (1 nano SIM + 1 micro SD/TF card). To insert your SIM or SD card:
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided card pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Carefully pull out the tray.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD/TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
- Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

Initial Power On and Setup
Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the OUKITEL logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account sign-in.
