6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the devices with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface or internal components.
6.2 Storage
Store the microphone system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use for extended periods, ensure the batteries are partially charged (around 50%) to prolong their lifespan.
6.3 Battery Care
To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the devices frequently. Recharge them when the battery indicator is low. Use only the provided charging cable or a compatible USB charger.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Sound or Low Volume:
- Ensure all devices (transmitters and receiver) are powered on and fully charged.
- Check that the receiver is correctly plugged into the microphone input of your audio device.
- Adjust the volume using the +/- buttons on the headset and the volume controls on your audio device.
- Confirm that the audio device's microphone input is active and not muted.
- Interference or Poor Audio Quality:
- Move closer to the receiver to ensure you are within the optimal transmission range.
- Avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference (e.g., near Wi-Fi routers, other 2.4G devices).
- Power cycle all devices (turn off and then on again) to re-establish a clean connection.
- Devices Not Pairing:
- Ensure both transmitters and the receiver are turned on and within close proximity.
- If pairing fails, turn off all devices, then turn them back on one by one, starting with the receiver, to allow them to re-sync.
