Check the water level in the tank and adjust the fill valve if needed. Inspect the flush valve for any obstructions. Ensure the wall-hung toilet is clean and free of blockages.
Actuator plate buttons are stiff or not returning.Debris behind buttons or mechanism issue.Remove the actuator plate and clean any debris from behind the buttons and the push rods. Ensure the push rods are aligned correctly with the flush mechanism.
Visible leak from the system.Loose connection or damaged component.Immediately turn off the main water supply. Access the tank and inspect all connections for leaks. Tighten any loose fittings.
