3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source.
- The indicator light on the charging case will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

3.2 Pairing with a Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on the earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Itel T11 Pro" from the list.
- Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing.
- For subsequent use, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.
3.3 Wearing the Earbuds
Choose the eartips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Insert the earbuds into your ears and gently rotate them until they fit snugly.

4.1 Touch Controls
The Itel T11 Pro earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
- Game Mode On/Off: Press and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds.
4.2 Audio Features
- 360° Deep Bass: The earbuds are engineered to deliver a rich and immersive audio experience with enhanced bass.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning

- Remove eartips and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are free from dust and debris.
5.2 Storage

5.3 Water Resistance
