Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound from microphones | Microphones or receiver not powered on; Batteries low/dead; Incorrect connection to audio system; Volume too low; Mics not paired. | Ensure all units are powered on. Replace microphone batteries. Check all cable connections. Increase volume on receiver and connected audio system. Verify microphones are paired (they auto-pair upon power-on). |
| Sound dropouts or interference | Too far from receiver; Obstacles blocking signal; Strong electromagnetic interference; Competing wireless signals. | Reduce distance between microphone and receiver. Ensure clear line of sight. Move away from other electronic devices. Try changing the microphone channel by double-clicking the power button on the mic. |
| Poor sound quality (hiss, feedback) | Microphone too close to speaker; Volume too high; Environmental noise. | Adjust microphone position relative to speakers. Lower volume on receiver or audio system. Ensure microphone is used in a suitable environment. |
| Microphone LCD not displaying | Microphone not powered on; Batteries dead/incorrectly inserted. | Long press power button to turn on. Check and replace batteries, ensuring correct polarity. |
