This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, programming, operation, and maintenance of your JUJIANG TKM-01 Wireless Gate Keypad. 2. Product Overview and Features

The JUJIANG TKM-01 is a wireless, touch-panel access control keypad designed to provide convenient and secure entry to your property via a gate opener system.

3. Safety Information

• Ensure the keypad is installed in a location that does not obstruct gate movement.
• Keep passwords confidential and change them periodically for enhanced security.
• The anti-tamper alarm will activate if the keypad is tampered with or if incorrect codes are entered multiple times. Do not attempt to disable this feature.
• Always ensure the gate area is clear before operating the gate opener.

4. Installation

The TKM-01 keypad is designed for wireless installation, eliminating the need for complex wiring. It should be mounted in a convenient location near your gate, ensuring it is within the operational range of your JUJIANG gate opener.

Installation Steps:

1. Select a suitable mounting location on a stable surface, such as a gate post or wall. Ensure the location allows for easy access and visibility.
2. Use the provided mounting hardware to securely attach the keypad, including its outdoor cover, to the chosen surface.
3. Confirm the keypad is firmly attached and the cover provides adequate protection from environmental elements.

5. Setup and Programming

The TKM-01 keypad features dual password channels for flexible access control. Channel 1 is typically used for single gate operation (motor 2), and Channel 2 for double gate operation. Refer to your specific JUJIANG gate opener manual for detailed pairing instructions, as the process may vary slightly by model.

General Programming Steps:

1. Initiate Pairing Mode: On your JUJIANG gate opener control box, locate and press the 'Learn' button. The indicator light on the control box should illuminate or flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
2. Enter Default Code: On the TKM-01 keypad, enter 0000*.
3. Select Channel:
   • For single gate operation (Channel 1): Enter 01#
   • For double gate operation (Channel 2): Enter 02#
4. Enter Your Custom Password: Immediately after selecting the channel, enter your desired 4-digit password, followed by #.
5. Confirm Pairing: The gate opener should respond (e.g., a click, a slight movement, or the indicator light changing) to confirm successful pairing.

You can set up multiple passwords for different users. Channel 1 can store up to 8 passwords, and Channel 2 can store up to 3 passwords.

6. Operating Instructions

Entering a Password:

1. Gently touch the keypad to activate the backlight.
2. Enter your programmed 4-digit password.
3. Press # to confirm. The gate opener will activate.

Using the Anti-Peeking Feature:

To enhance security, you can enter random digits before and after your actual password. For example, if your password is 1234, you can enter 987123456#. The keypad will only recognize the core password within the sequence.

Backlight Operation:

The keypad's backlight activates upon touch, ensuring visibility in dark conditions. This feature is adjustable according to user preference.

7. Maintenance

Cleaning:

Due to its IP55 rating, the keypad can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the touch panel or housing.

Battery Replacement:

The keypad requires batteries for operation. When the battery level is low, the keypad's indicator light may flash or dim. Replace batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Refer to the battery compartment for the correct battery type and orientation.
