1. Introduction

3. Safety Information

This device is intended for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and aching muscles in the shoulder, waist, back, neck, upper extremities (arm), and lower extremities (leg) due to strain from exercise or normal household work activities. It is also intended for symptomatic relief of chronic, intractable pain and post-traumatic or post-surgical pain.

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

1. Mode Selection: Press the 'M' button to cycle through the 24 available modes, categorized into TENS (Pain Relief), EMS (Muscle Conditioning), and RELAX (Body Massage). Each category has 8 sub-modes. Use the arrow buttons to select a specific sub-mode.
2. Intensity Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity level. There are 20 intensity levels available for each channel independently. Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.
3. Timer Setting: Press the 'T' button to set the treatment duration. The timer can be set from 10 to 90 minutes. The device will automatically shut off once the time expires.
4. Independent Channels: The device features two independent channels (A and B). You can set different modes and intensity levels for each channel, allowing you to treat two separate body areas with customized settings simultaneously. Use the 'A/B' button to switch between channels for adjustment.

6. Electrode Pad Placement

Proper placement of electrode pads is crucial for effective treatment. Refer to the diagrams in the included user manual for specific placement recommendations for different body parts. General guidelines include:

• Place pads on either side of the painful area, not directly over the pain.
• Ensure pads are at least one inch apart.
• Avoid placing pads over joints or bony areas.
