2. Connecting the Amplifier
- Locate the instrument cable provided in your kit.
- Plug one end of the cable into the output jack on the side of the guitar body.
- Plug the other end of the cable into the input jack on the mini amplifier.
- Turn on the amplifier and adjust the volume to a low setting before playing.
3. Tuning the Guitar
The guitar must be tuned before playing. New strings may stretch and require frequent tuning initially. Use a digital tuner (not included in this specific kit, but commonly available) or a tuning app.
- Attach a clip-on tuner to the headstock of the guitar.
- Pluck each string individually. The tuner will display the note.
- Adjust the tuning pegs on the headstock until each string reaches its correct pitch: E (thickest string), A, D, G, B, E (thinnest string).

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly wipe down the guitar body and neck with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
2. String Replacement
Strings will eventually wear out or break. Use the included extra set of strings for replacement. Refer to online tutorials for detailed instructions on how to properly change electric guitar strings.
3. Storage
When not in use, store your guitar in the provided 600D Oxford Guitar Bag to protect it from dust, scratches, and minor impacts. The bag features double shoulder straps for easy transport.
4. Intonation and String Height Adjustment
The included Allen wrench can be used for minor adjustments to the guitar's intonation and string height. If you are unsure how to perform these adjustments, consult a qualified guitar technician.
Troubleshooting
- Guitar won't stay in tune: New strings often stretch and require frequent tuning during the first few days of use. Ensure tuning pegs are tightened appropriately.
- No sound from amplifier: Check that the guitar cable is securely plugged into both the guitar and the amplifier. Ensure the amplifier is turned on and its volume is not set to zero. If the amplifier uses batteries, check if they need replacement.
- Static or buzzing sound: Verify all cable connections are secure. Ensure the guitar's volume and tone knobs are not causing unwanted feedback. Try a different cable if possible to rule out a faulty cable.
