1. Important Safety Information

• Indoor or Covered Outdoor Use Only: This product is designed for use in indoor environments or covered outdoor areas. It is not waterproof and should not be exposed to direct rain or harsh weather conditions. Exposure to moisture will damage electronic components and void the warranty.
• Stability Warning: The animatronic figure is tall and can be top-heavy. Always ensure the metal stand is fully assembled and security ties are properly utilized. For enhanced stability, especially in outdoor covered conditions or areas prone to wind, consider securing the base with additional weights or anchoring the figure to a sturdy structure. Two adults are recommended for assembly to ensure proper stability.

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires two adults. Please follow these steps carefully.

1. Assemble the Metal Stand: Connect the various pieces of the metal stand according to the diagrams provided in the packaging. Ensure all connections are secure and the stand forms a stable base.
2. Attach the Figure to the Stand: Carefully lift the Grim Reaper figure and attach it to the assembled metal stand. Ensure the figure is securely seated and balanced.
3. Connect Wiring: Locate the wiring connections under the figure's robes. Connect the wires from the figure to the function control box. It is recommended to make these connections before fully adjusting the robes to ensure easy access.
4. Position Robes and Accessories: Adjust the full-length black robe and hooded cape. Ensure the gothic, light-up hourglass lantern is properly positioned in the figure's hand.
5. Secure the Figure: Use the provided security ties to further secure the figure to the metal stand, enhancing overall stability. For additional stability, especially if placing outdoors under a covered area, consider anchoring the stand to the ground or a nearby structure.
6. Connect Power Adapter: Plug the 5.9V 2A DC power adapter into the function control box, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Once assembled and powered, the Animatronic Grim Reaper is ready for operation.

• Power On: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the control box and a power outlet. The unit should automatically enter standby mode.
• Motion and Sound Activation: The Grim Reaper features a sensor that activates its functions when motion is detected within approximately a 6-foot range.
• Animatronic Features: Upon activation, the Grim Reaper will perform a sequence of actions including:
  • Neon green LED eyes illuminating.
  • A glowing chest and hourglass.
  • Head rotation.
  • Mouth movement.
  • Playing pre-recorded spooky phrases in a one-minute loop.
• Deactivation: The unit will return to standby mode after completing its activation sequence if no further motion is detected. To fully power off, unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet.
