1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Mrisata YYB-5 12V/24V Forward/Reverse Motor Control Board. This module is designed for controlling DC motors, linear actuators, solenoid valves, and other loads, offering various timing and cycle modes.
2. Product Overview
The Mrisata YYB-5 is a versatile motor control board featuring two relays, a digital display, and four control buttons (K1, K2, K3, K4). It supports both 12V and 24V DC power inputs and can handle loads up to 30A DC or AC. Its primary function is to provide timed forward and reverse control for various applications.
Key Features:
- Six commonly used functions to meet diverse application needs.
- Capable of controlling 2-way solenoid valves, pumps, motors, and lights.
- Output power: Controls loads within 30A DC or AC.
- Adjustable time range from 0.1 seconds to minutes.

3. Setup and Wiring
Before connecting the board, ensure the power supply is disconnected. Refer to the wiring diagram for correct connections. Incorrect wiring can damage the module or connected devices.
Power Supply Connection:
- Connect your 12V or 24V DC power supply to the designated input terminals on the board. Observe polarity: '+' for positive, '-' for negative.
Motor/Load Connection:
- The board features two relays for controlling forward and reverse motion or two independent loads.
- Each relay has Normally Open (NO), Common (COM), and Normally Closed (NC) terminals.
- Connect your motor or load to the appropriate relay terminals based on your application requirements. For forward/reverse control, typically one relay controls forward and the other controls reverse, or both are used in conjunction with a DPDT switch or H-bridge configuration (not included).

4. Operating Instructions
The YYB-5 board operates through a digital display and four control buttons: K1, K2, K3, and K4. K1 is used to cycle through setting modes, while K2 and K3 adjust values, and K4 sets the decimal point (time unit).
Button Functions:
- K1: Mode selection and saving settings. Press to cycle through P-modes and parameter settings (A, B, C). A fifth press returns to standby.
- K2: Adjusts values upwards.
- K3: Adjusts values downwards.
- K4: Sets the decimal point position, which determines the time unit.
Setting Procedure:
- Power On: Upon power-up, the display shows the current state (e.g., standby).
- Select Mode (P-X): Press K1 once. The screen will display 'P-1'. Use K2 and K3 to select the desired operating mode (e.g., P-1, P-2, etc.).
- Set Parameter A: Press K1 a second time. The screen will display 'A001'. Use K2 and K3 to adjust the value for parameter A. Use K4 to set the decimal point for the time unit of A.
- Set Parameter B: Press K1 a third time. The screen will display 'B001'. Use K2 and K3 to adjust the value for parameter B. Use K4 to set the decimal point for the time unit of B.
- Set Parameter C (if applicable): Press K1 a fourth time. The screen will display 'C001'. Use K2 and K3 to adjust the value for parameter C. Use K4 to set the decimal point for the time unit of C.
- Save and Exit: Press K1 a fifth time. The display will return to the standby state, and all settings will be saved.
Time Unit Description (via K4 decimal point):
- XX.X: Decimal point in the tens place. Timing range: 0.1 seconds to 99.9 seconds.
- XXX: No decimal point. Timing range: 1 second to 999 seconds.
- XXX.: Decimal point in the units place. Timing range: 1 minute to 999 minutes.
Example Setting:
To set mode P-2 with times A=10 seconds, B=5 seconds, C=6 seconds:
- Press K1 once, set to 'P-2' using K2/K3.
- Press K1 again, set 'A010' using K2/K3. Press K4 until no decimal point is shown (for seconds).
- Press K1 again, set 'B005' using K2/K3. Press K4 until no decimal point is shown.
- Press K1 again, set 'C006' using K2/K3. Press K4 until no decimal point is shown.
- Press K1 a fifth time to save and return to standby.
This example indicates that in P-2 mode, after an initial trigger, Relay 1 will activate for 10 seconds and then turn off. After a 5-second delay, Relay 2 will activate for 6 seconds and then automatically shut down.

5. Maintenance
The Mrisata YYB-5 control board is designed for reliable operation with minimal maintenance. To ensure longevity and proper function:
- Keep the board clean and free from dust, moisture, and corrosive substances.
- Regularly inspect wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage.
- Avoid exposing the board to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to repair the board if you are not qualified. Contact support for assistance.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your YYB-5 control board, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Board not powering on:
- Check power supply connections and ensure correct voltage (12V or 24V DC) and polarity.
- Verify the power supply is functional.
- Motor/Load not responding:
- Ensure motor/load is correctly wired to the relay terminals (NO, COM, NC).
- Check the selected operating mode and parameters (A, B, C) to ensure they are set as intended.
- Verify the motor/load itself is functional.
- Confirm the load current does not exceed the 30A rating of the relays.
- Settings not saving:
- Ensure you press K1 a fifth time to exit the setting menu and save the parameters.
- Inaccurate timing:
- Verify the K4 decimal point setting for the correct time unit (seconds, 0.1 seconds, minutes).
