2.2 Initial Power On and Basic Settings

After charging, the watch should power on automatically. If not, press and hold the side button for a few seconds. Upon first power-on, you may be prompted to set basic information.

  1. Setting Time and Date: Navigate to the system settings. A common method to access settings is to double-click the right side button. Use the touch screen or single presses of the side button to cycle through options and confirm selections. Adjust the year, month, day, hour, and minute.
  2. Setting Units: Select your preferred units for distance (e.g., kilometers or miles) and weight (e.g., kilograms or pounds).
  3. Personal Data: Input basic personal information such as age, gender, height, and weight. This data helps improve the accuracy of calorie and distance calculations.

2.3 Wearing the Watch

For accurate heart rate and blood oxygen readings, wear the watch snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Ensure the sensor on the back of the watch is in contact with your skin. Avoid wearing it too tightly, which can restrict blood flow, or too loosely, which can affect sensor accuracy.
