2. Use the Installation Template: The external packaging includes a 1:1 installation perforated CAD drawing. Carefully cut out this template.
3. Mark Drill Points: Place the template precisely where the access door will be installed. Mark the drilling points according to the template.
4. Drill Holes: Using an appropriate drill bit, drill holes at the marked locations.
5. Insert Plugs (if necessary): If installing into masonry or concrete, insert suitable wall plugs into the drilled holes. (Note: Plastic plugs and self-tapping screws may need to be purchased separately by the user).
6. Position the Door Frame: Carefully insert the access door frame into the prepared opening. Ensure it is level and flush with the surface.
7. Secure the Frame: Use the provided screws to secure the door frame to the wall through the pre-drilled holes.
8. Attach Handles: Install the handles onto the door panels using the provided screws and triangular screwdriver.
9. Adjust Door Direction (Optional): The door features an L-shaped insert quick disassembly structure. If desired, the hinge can be removed to adjust the door opening direction (left or right) to suit your usage habits.
