Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the AYEASY Rocking Chair is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps to ensure ease and safety.

Step 1: Attach Metal Connectors to Chair Backrest

Attach the metal connectors to each side of the chair backrest (Part B) using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure these are securely fastened.

Step 2: Connect Backrest to Seat

Align the metal connectors on the backrest with the corresponding slots on the chair seat (Part A). Gently slide the backrest down until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click or feel it firmly engage.

Step 3: Attach Armrests

Align the metal connectors on the armrests (Part E) with the corresponding slots on the sides of the chair seat (Part A). Slide each armrest down until it locks into place. Gently tap the armrest to ensure a secure snap lock.

Step 4: Assemble Rocking Base

Connect the crossbars (Part C) to the left and right runners (Parts L & R) of the rocking base using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Attach the middle crossbar first for easier alignment. Do not fully tighten the bolts until all of them are in the correct holes. This allows for slight adjustments during assembly.

Step 5: Attach Rocking Base to Chair

Carefully flip the assembled chair upside down. Align the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the chair seat with the holes on the rocking base. Secure the base to the chair using the remaining bolts and Allen wrench. Fully tighten all bolts once aligned.

Operating Instructions

Rocking Motion

The chair provides a smooth, gentle rocking motion. To rock, simply apply slight pressure with your feet against the floor. The wooden runners are designed for quiet operation.

Adjustable Footrest

The footrest is integrated under the seat and can be extended or retracted as needed.

• To Extend: Locate the pull tab or handle under the front edge of the seat. Pull it outwards to extend the footrest.
