Setup and Installation
The boxing training pad offers three installation options:
- Adhesive Mounting: Remove the paper layer from the back of the device and fix it directly onto a clean, smooth wall surface.
- Screw Mounting: Use screws to securely mount the device to the wall. This method provides a more permanent and robust installation.
- Velcro Mounting: Attach the short bracket to the back of the device and adhere the long Velcro strip to the wall. This allows for easier removal and reattachment.

Important: For optimal stability and safety, especially during intense training, screw mounting is recommended. Ensure the wall surface is suitable for the chosen installation method.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side panel) to turn the device on or off. The LED lights will illuminate upon power-on.

2. Bluetooth Connection
The device automatically enters Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on. On your mobile phone, search for "Bluelander Boxing Machine" (or similar name) in the Bluetooth settings and connect. Once connected, you can play your favorite music through the machine's stereo speakers.

3. Training Modes
The machine features six LED lights that guide your punches. Follow the rhythm of the music and hit the illuminated targets. The lights indicate the target position and synchronize with the beat, making training engaging and improving coordination.

4. Volume Control
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the side panel to adjust the volume of the music and sound effects.
Charging the Device
Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the side of the machine and to a suitable USB power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge ensures extended usage time.
