2. Safety Information

5. Setup
5.1. Installing a Nail Bit
- Slide the lock to the left side to loosen the catch.
- Take out the current bit (if any).
- Insert the desired nail bit into the machine. Do not completely insert the bit; keep a 2-3 mm distance to lower vibration.
- Slide the lock back to the right to secure the catch. The drill will not work fluently if the bit is not locked properly.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment
- Power On: Press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds to turn the machine on. The LED screen will activate.
- Default Direction: The drill will start in default gear 1, and the LED screen will display 'F' for forward direction.
- Change Direction: Press the power button twice to switch to the reverse direction. The LED screen will display 'R'.
- Adjust Speed: Use the [+] and [-] buttons to adjust the speed (3000-16000 RPM).
- Pause: Short press the power button for 1 second to pause the machine. The screen will display 'P'. The e-file will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn the machine off.

6.2. Battery Status Indicators
- Green light: Indicates sufficient battery, and the e-file can be used as usual.
- Red light: Indicates low battery (less than 10%). The e-file can be used for approximately 15-20 minutes and needs to be charged promptly.
- Charging: While charging, the charging port will turn red. When the battery is fully charged, it will turn green.
6.3. Using Different Nail Drill Bits
The kit includes various bits for different applications:
- 5-in-1 Carbide Bit: Used for removing nail polish and gel.
- Cylinder Cuticle Bit: Used for removing residual gel polish and cuticles.
- Tapered Barrel Cuticle Bit: Used for removing cuticles and dead skin from the sidewall.

6.4. Application Steps
Follow these general steps for common nail care tasks:
Prepping Natural Nails:
- Use the tapered barrel cuticle bit to gently lift the cuticle.
- Use the cylinder cuticle bit to gently remove the lifted cuticle.
- Use the mini ball bit to smooth the sidewall.
Removing Excess Gel Polish:
- Use the mini ball bit to smooth the sidewall.
- Use the cone drill bit to file from back to front. Brush off dust.
- Wipe the surface.
Removing Gel Polish (General):
- Use the 5-in-1 carbide bit to gently file the nail plate from the cuticle to the front edge.
- Use the cylinder cuticle bit to file the residual gel polish.

7. Maintenance
7.1. Cleaning Nail Bits
- Before cleaning, ensure the drill is powered off and the bit is removed.
- Soak the bit in alcohol for 5-30 minutes.
- Use a cleaning brush to brush off any residue remaining on the bit.
- Ensure the bit is completely dry before storing or re-installing.
Important: Do not soak the bit in strong corrosive cleaners, as this may cause the bit to corrode.

7.2. Storage
Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool place. Recommended storage temperature range: -20°C - 65°C.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Beetles Cordless Electric Nail Drill, consider the following:
- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power button is pressed and held for more than 5 seconds. Check if the battery is charged (green light indicates sufficient charge, red light indicates low battery).
- Drill Not Working/Spinning: Verify that the nail bit is correctly installed and the lock is slid back to secure the catch. The drill will not operate if the bit is loose.
- Unusual Noise or Vibration: Ensure the bit is inserted with a 2-3 mm distance from the chuck to minimize vibration. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
