Setup

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to create perfect shaved ice:

1. Prepare Ice: Use standard ice cubes. For best results and to prevent jamming, ensure ice cubes are not excessively large or stuck together.
2. Load Ice: Open the lid and place ice cubes into the ice chamber. Do not overfill; ensure the lid can close securely.
3. Secure Lid: Close the transparent lid firmly. The machine is equipped with a smart safety lock system, and it will not operate unless the lid is properly locked into place.
4. Adjust Ice Thickness: Locate the knob on the front of the machine. Rotate the knob to adjust the desired ice thickness. Turning the knob will change the distance between the blade and the ice, allowing for different textures from fine snow to coarser crushed ice.
