Setup and Assembly
Before first use, ensure all parts are clean and properly assembled.
Initial Cleaning
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Wash all removable parts (mixing bowl, blade, lid, dispensing components) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe down the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
Assembly Steps
- Place the mixing bowl securely into its designated slot in the main unit. Ensure it is properly seated.
- Insert the mixing blade into the center of the mixing bowl, aligning it with the drive mechanism.
- Place the transparent lid onto the mixing bowl, ensuring it locks securely into place.
- Attach the dispensing handles and other external components as per the diagram in the user manual.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Use the control panel to select your desired mode: Ice Cream Mode, Cooling Only, or Mixing Only.
- Adjust the time and hardness settings using the dedicated controls on the panel.
- Press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin operation.

Making Ice Cream
- Prepare your ice cream mixture according to your recipe. Ensure all ingredients are well-blended.
- Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl. Do not overfill; leave space for expansion.
- Select 'Ice Cream Mode' on the control panel.
- Adjust the desired hardness level (soft, medium, hard) and set the timer.
- Press 'Start/Pause'. The machine will begin churning and freezing the mixture.
- If adding solid mix-ins (e.g., fruit pieces, chocolate chips), use the ingredient spout on the lid during the last 5-10 minutes of churning.
- Once the timer completes, the machine will stop. Dispense the ice cream using the handle.

Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 334g fresh ripe strawberries, stemmed and sliced
- 70g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 152g granulated sugar
- 320g whole milk
- 320g heavy cream
- 1.2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the strawberries with the lemon juice and 80g granulated sugar. Stir gently and allow to macerate in the juices for 2 hours.
- In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or a whisk to combine the milk and remaining granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in the heavy cream plus any accumulated juices from the strawberries and vanilla.
- Turn the machine on, pour mixture into removable bowl through ingredient spout and let mix until thickened, about 30 – 40 minutes.
- Add the sliced strawberries during the last 5 minutes of freezing.
