Package Contents
Before beginning installation, please verify that all components listed below are present in your package.

Image: All components of the drip irrigation kit, including the solar panel, control unit, tubing, drippers, and connectors, laid out for inspection.
- Solar Panel (10W, 18V Polysilicon)
- Main Control Unit (with built-in 2200mAh Lithium Ion Battery)
- Water Tubing (various lengths and diameters)
- Drip Emitters/Stakes
- Connectors and Tees
- Mounting Hardware
- Power Cables
Setup Instructions
- Solar Panel Placement: Position the solar panel in an area that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Ensure it is securely mounted and angled for optimal sun exposure.
- Control Unit Installation: Mount the main control unit in a protected location, ideally near your water source and plants. Ensure it is accessible for programming and monitoring.
- Water Source Connection: Connect the water inlet tube to your water reservoir (e.g., a bucket or tank). Ensure the pump's intake is fully submerged.
- Drip Line Setup: Lay out the main drip tubing to reach all plants you intend to water. Use the provided connectors and tees to branch off to individual plants.
- Emitter Placement: Insert the drip emitters into the tubing near the base of each plant. Ensure they are securely placed to deliver water directly to the root zone.
- Cable Connections: Connect the solar panel cable to the designated solar input port on the control unit. Ensure all connections are secure.

Operating Instructions
The control unit allows you to set specific working and interval times for watering cycles.

Setting Working Time (Watering Duration)
The working time determines how long the pump operates during each watering cycle.
- Gear Description: Settings range from 01 to 30 cycles.
- Duration: "01" corresponds to 1 minute of watering, "02" to 2 minutes, and so on, up to "30" for 30 minutes.
- Operation: When the set working gear duration is complete, the motor stops, and the system enters the intermittent (interval) gear.
Setting Interval Time (Watering Frequency)
The interval time determines the duration between watering cycles.
- Gear Description: Settings include 3H, 6H, 12H, 1d, 2d, 3d, 7d cycles.
- Duration: "3H" means 3 hours, "6H" means 6 hours, "1d" means 24 hours, "2d" means 48 hours, and so on.
- Operation: Once the set intermittent time elapses, the motor starts, and the system re-enters the working gear for the next watering cycle.
Maintenance
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Regularly clean the surface of the solar panel to ensure maximum sunlight absorption. Dust and debris can reduce charging efficiency.
- Water Reservoir Monitoring: Periodically check your water reservoir to ensure it contains sufficient water. The system will alert you to low water levels.
- Drip Emitter Inspection: Inspect drip emitters and tubing for clogs or blockages. Clean or replace as necessary to ensure even water distribution.
- Battery Health: The system monitors battery voltage. Ensure the solar panel is exposed to adequate sunlight to keep the battery charged, especially during the day.
- Pump Check: Listen for unusual noises from the pump. If the motor is malfunctioning, the system will indicate an error.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Indication | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Water Shortage Warning | Buzzer sounds twice every minute; "E1" slowly blinks on digital display. (Buzzer is silent at night, only E1 blinks). Pump stops working if no water is detected. | Refill the water reservoir. The buzzer and E1 code will clear once water level is normal. |
| Motor Malfunction | Digital tube "E2" slowly flashes; buzzer rings twice per minute. (Buzzer is silent at night, only E2 blinks). | Check for obstructions in the pump or tubing. Ensure the pump is properly connected. If the issue persists, contact support. |
| Low Battery Voltage | Digital tube flashes; pump turns off when battery is lower than 10V. | Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight for charging. The pump will only restart when the battery reaches 10.6V. The system charges the battery to 12.45V and disconnects to protect it. |
| System Not Watering | No water flow despite correct settings. | Check water level (E1 error). Check for motor malfunction (E2 error). Verify working and interval time settings. Ensure all tubing connections are secure and free of kinks or clogs. |
