1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires power tools. Please refer to the following steps and the provided assembly video for guidance.

4.1. Uncrating and Unpacking

  1. Carefully cut the straps securing the cardboard box.
  2. Remove the cardboard box to reveal the metal frame.
  3. Cut the zip ties securing the components within the metal frame.
  4. Remove the front wheel, handlebars, and other accessories from the packaging.

4.2. Front Wheel Installation

  1. Remove the protective cover from the front brake disc.
  2. Insert the axle through the front wheel hub and the fork legs. Ensure the spacers are correctly positioned on each side of the hub.
  3. Align the brake disc with the brake caliper. You may need to gently spread the brake pads to fit the disc.
  4. Secure the axle with the nut and tighten it firmly.
  5. Attach the brake caliper to the fork leg using the provided bolts and tighten them securely.

4.3. Handlebar Installation

  1. Place the handlebars into the handlebar clamps on the triple tree.
  2. Position the handlebar to your preferred riding angle.
  3. Place the top clamps over the handlebars and secure them with the bolts. Tighten evenly.
  4. Install the throttle assembly on the right handlebar and the clutch lever assembly on the left handlebar. Ensure they are securely fastened and cables are routed correctly.
  5. Attach the handlebar pad to the center of the handlebars.

4.4. Rear Shock Absorber Installation

  1. Remove the protective packaging from the rear shock absorber.
  2. Align the top mounting point of the shock with the frame's upper bracket and insert the bolt. Secure with a nut.
  3. Align the bottom mounting point of the shock with the swingarm bracket and insert the bolt. Secure with a nut.
  4. Tighten both bolts securely.

4.5. Footpeg and Kickstand Installation

  1. Attach the footpegs to their respective mounting points on the frame using the provided pins and springs. Secure with cotter pins.
  2. Install the kickstand to its mounting bracket on the frame. Ensure it operates smoothly and securely.

4.6. Front Fender and Number Plate Installation

  1. Attach the front fender to the lower triple clamp using the provided bolts.
  2. Mount the front number plate to the upper triple clamp or handlebar mounts, ensuring it does not obstruct controls or visibility.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Pre-Ride Checks

  • Fuel Level: Ensure adequate fuel in the tank.
  • Engine Oil: Check engine oil level and top up if necessary.
  • Tire Pressure: Verify tire pressure is within recommended range (refer to tire sidewall).
  • Brakes: Test front and rear brakes for proper function and responsiveness.

5.2. Starting the Engine

  1. To shift up, pull the clutch lever, lift the shift lever with your foot, and release the clutch smoothly while applying throttle.
  2. To shift down, pull the clutch lever, press the shift lever down with your foot, and release the clutch smoothly.
  3. Neutral (N) is typically found between 1st and 2nd gear.

5.4. Braking

The dirt bike is equipped with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes.

  • Use both front and rear brakes simultaneously for effective stopping.
  • Apply brakes smoothly and progressively to avoid locking the wheels, especially on loose surfaces.
