- Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity. Refer to the specifications section for details.
- Ensure the dock is securely anchored to prevent drifting, especially in currents or windy conditions.
- Avoid using the dock near sharp objects, rocks, or marine life that could puncture the material.
- Do not use the electric air pump in wet conditions or near water to prevent electric shock.
- The electric air pump is designed for inflating and deflating the dock and similar inflatable items. Do not use it for inflating balloons, basketballs, or yoga balls.
- Always unplug the electric air pump when not in use or before cleaning.
- Inflate the dock to the recommended pressure of 10-12 PSI. Over-inflation can damage the product.

Setup
1. Unpacking and Preparation
- Unpack the inflatable dock and all accessories from the storage bag.
- Lay the dock flat on a clean, smooth surface, free from sharp objects, before inflation.
- Locate the HR (High-Pressure) valve on the dock.
2. Inflation using Electric Air Pump
- Connect the appropriate detachable nozzle to the electric air pump's inflation port. The pump comes with three nozzles to fit various valve types.
- Insert the nozzle firmly into the HR valve on the dock.
- Plug the electric air pump into a 110-120V power outlet.
- Turn on the pump. The pump operates at 600W for efficient inflation.
- Inflate the dock until it is firm. The recommended pressure range is 10-12 PSI (pounds per square inch). Do not over-inflate.
- Once inflated, quickly remove the nozzle and close the HR valve cap to prevent air leakage.

Operating the Floating Dock
Once inflated and securely anchored, the AWSUM Inflatable Floating Dock is ready for use. Its stable design makes it suitable for a variety of activities.
- Placement: Position the dock in a suitable body of water, such as a lake, beach, or ocean, ensuring it is clear of obstacles.
- Activities: The non-slip surface is ideal for activities like sunbathing, yoga, swimming, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing.
- Tethering: Utilize the D-rings to connect multiple docks for a larger platform or to secure the dock to a boat or shore.

Deflation
- Open the HR valve cap on the dock.
- Connect the electric air pump's hose to the deflation port (usually the opposite side of the inflation port or a designated deflation nozzle).
- Turn on the pump to quickly extract air from the dock. This will significantly reduce deflation time.
- Once deflated, fold or roll the dock neatly for storage.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the dock thoroughly with fresh water.
- Use a mild soap and soft brush or cloth to clean any dirt or grime.
- Ensure the dock is completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
Storage
- Deflate the dock completely and ensure it is dry.
- Fold or roll the dock neatly and place it back into the provided storage bag.
- Store the dock and pump in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Repair
- The product includes a maintenance kit for minor repairs.
- For small punctures, clean the area around the hole, apply adhesive from the kit, and firmly press a patch over the damaged area. Follow the adhesive instructions for curing time.
- For larger damage or if you are unsure, contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dock not inflating or inflating slowly. | Valve not fully closed; Nozzle not properly attached; Pump not powered; Leak in dock. | Ensure valve cap is open during inflation and closed after. Check nozzle connection. Verify pump is plugged in and switched on. Inspect dock for punctures and use repair kit if needed. |
| Dock losing air after inflation. | Valve cap not sealed; Puncture in dock; Valve core loose. | Ensure valve cap is tightly closed. Check for punctures and repair with the maintenance kit. Tighten valve core if it appears loose (use a valve wrench if available). |
| Electric air pump not turning on. | No power; Overheating protection activated. | Check power outlet and cord connection. If pump has been running for a long time, it may have overheated. Unplug and let it cool down for 15-20 minutes before trying again. |
