Important Safety Instructions

Setup and Initial Use

1. Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
  • Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 2 feet (60 cm) of clear space behind the treadmill and 1 foot (30 cm) on each side.
  • The treadmill is equipped with transport wheels for easy movement. Gently lift the rear end and roll it to your desired location.

2. Power Connection

  • Connect the power cord to the treadmill and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Ensure the power switch on the treadmill is in the "ON" position.

3. Remote Control Setup

  • Insert the provided Lithium Metal batteries into the remote control.
  • The remote control is used to start/stop the treadmill and adjust speed.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting the Treadmill

  • Step onto the treadmill belt.
  • Press the "Start" button on the remote control. The treadmill will begin at a low speed.

2. Adjusting Speed

  • Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the speed.
  • The speed range is 0.6 to 3.8 mph (approximately 1.0 to 6.1 km/h).

3. Manual Incline Adjustment

  • The treadmill features a 6% manual incline.
  • To activate the incline, rotate the front footrest. This will raise the front of the treadmill, simulating an uphill walk.
  • A height adjustment knob in the middle of the front allows for fine-tuning stability.
  • Adjust the incline only when the treadmill is stopped and unplugged.

4. LED Display and Functions

5. Stopping the Treadmill

  • Press the "Stop" button on the remote control to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill.
  • Always step off the treadmill only after the belt has come to a complete stop.

  • Working Mode: Ideal for use under a standing desk (0.6-2.5 mph).
