4. Setup and Installation
The ABSINA mobile charging cable is designed for "Plug & Play" use, requiring no complex installation. Follow these steps to set up your charger:
- Inspect the Cable: Before each use, visually inspect the entire charging cable, including the CEE plug, control box, and Type 2 connector, for any signs of damage, wear, or foreign objects. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect to Power Source: Insert the CEE 16A 5-pin plug firmly into a compatible 400V CEE socket. Ensure the socket is correctly installed and rated for 16A, 3-phase power.
- Position the Control Box: Place the control box in a stable location, ensuring it is not covered and has adequate ventilation. Avoid placing it directly on the ground in wet conditions.
- Prepare Vehicle: Ensure your electric vehicle is parked safely and ready for charging.

5. Operating Instructions
Once the charger is connected to the power source, you can begin charging your vehicle.
- Connect to Vehicle: Insert the Type 2 connector into your vehicle's charging inlet. Ensure it clicks securely into place. The control box display will illuminate.
- Adjust Charging Current: Use the buttons on the control box to cycle through available charging currents (6A, 8A, 10A, 13A, 16A). Select the desired current based on your vehicle's requirements and power source capacity.
- Set Delayed Start (Optional): If supported by your model, you can set a delayed start time for charging. Refer to the on-screen prompts for this function.
- Monitor Charging: The OLED display will show real-time charging status, including current, power, and charged energy. A charging indicator will also be visible.
- End Charging: To stop charging, first unlock the Type 2 connector from your vehicle (usually via your vehicle's infotainment system or key fob). Then, disconnect the Type 2 plug from the vehicle and the CEE plug from the power source.

6. Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your charging cable.
- Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from all power sources and the vehicle before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the control box and cables. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Connector Care: Keep the CEE and Type 2 connectors clean and free from dust, dirt, or moisture. Use the protective caps when not in use.
- Storage: When not in use, coil the cable neatly and store it in the provided carrying bag. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the entire cable for any signs of damage, cuts, cracks, or discoloration. If any damage is found, discontinue use immediately and contact support.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
