Setup

Setting Temperature and Time

  1. Close the Door: Ensure the front door is securely closed.
  2. Set Temperature: Use the right-side temperature control knob to select the desired drying temperature. The range is 30-90℃ (86-194℉). Refer to the quick reference guide on the control panel or a reliable dehydrating recipe for optimal settings for your specific food.
  3. Set Timer: Use the left-side timer knob to set the desired drying time. The range is 0-12 hours. The dehydrator will automatically shut off once the timer completes.
  4. Power Indicator: The power indicator light will illuminate when the machine is running.
  5. Monitoring: Periodically check the food's dryness. You can open the door briefly to inspect or rotate trays if necessary, though the 360° circulation minimizes this need.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your dehydrator.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the dehydrator from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Trays: The stainless steel grid trays are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft brush or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
