2. Product Components

3. Setup

1. Fill the Clean Water Tank: Detach the 54 oz clean water tank from the main unit. Unscrew the cap, fill with warm water (do not exceed 140°F/60°C), and add your preferred carpet cleaning solution according to the solution's instructions. Securely reattach the cap and place the tank back onto the machine.
2. Attach Cleaning Tool: Select the appropriate cleaning tool (Wide Path Tool or Tough Stain Tool) for your cleaning task and firmly attach it to the end of the hose.
3. Position the Machine: Place the portable carpet cleaner on a flat, stable surface near the area to be cleaned. Ensure the 16.4 ft power cord can reach an electrical outlet without strain.

4. Operating Instructions

The cleaning process involves three steps: spray, brush, and suction.

1. Power On: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet and press the power button on the main unit to turn on the machine.
2. Spray: Hold the selected cleaning tool over the stained area. Press the trigger on the tool's handle to spray cleaning solution onto the stain. Ensure the area is adequately saturated.
3. Brush: Release the spray trigger. Use the bristles on the cleaning tool to gently scrub the stained area. For tough stains, allow the solution to sit for a few minutes before scrubbing.
4. Suction: Without pressing the spray trigger, firmly press the cleaning tool against the surface and pull it slowly over the treated area to vacuum up the dirty solution. Repeat this step until no more dirty water is being extracted.
5. Repeat as Needed: For heavily soiled areas, you may need to repeat the spray, brush, and suction steps until the stain is removed.

4.1 Cleaning Different Surfaces

• Carpets and Rugs: Use the Wide Path Tool for larger areas or the Tough Stain Tool for concentrated spots.
• Upholstery and Couches: Use the Tough Stain Tool. Ensure not to over-wet the fabric.
• Car Interiors: The compact size and long hose (5.5 ft) make it ideal for car seats and floor mats. Use the Tough Stain Tool.
• Stairs: The portable design allows for easy maneuverability on stairs. Use the Tough Stain Tool.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Emptying and Cleaning Water Tanks

1. Empty Dirty Water Tank: Detach the dirty water tank from the main unit. Open the lid and pour out the dirty water. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
2. Clean Clean Water Tank: If any solution remains, empty and rinse the clean water tank as well.
3. Dry Tanks: Allow both tanks to air dry completely before reattaching them to the machine.

5.2 Cleaning Tools and Hose

1. Clean Cleaning Tools: Detach the cleaning tool from the hose. Rinse it under running water to remove any debris or residue.
2. Self-Cleaning Hose Function: Attach the Self-Cleaning Brush to the hose. Place the brush into a sink or bucket. Turn on the machine and press the spray trigger to flush clean water through the hose, effectively cleaning out any remaining dirty water or debris. Continue until the water runs clear.

5.3 Storage

After cleaning, wrap the 5.5 ft hose around the base of the machine and secure the power cord (16.4 ft) using the integrated hook. Store the machine and accessories in a cool, dry place.

• No Suction: Check if the dirty water tank has exceeded the MAX line. Empty the dirty water tank if it is full. Ensure all tank lids are securely closed.
• No Spray: Ensure the clean water tank is filled with water and cleaning solution. Check that the tank is properly seated.
• Reduced Suction/Spray: Clean the hose using the self-cleaning function. Check cleaning tools for clogs and clear any debris.
• Machine Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
