1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the EZISE TA204-W TV stand is designed to be straightforward. All components are labeled, and necessary tools are included. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach Wheels to Base: Secure the four 360° swivel wheels to the base frame using the provided hardware. Ensure they are firmly attached.
2. Assemble Vertical Posts: Connect the vertical support posts to the base. Pay attention to the orientation of the posts for proper height adjustment mechanism alignment.
3. Install Shelves: Attach the three storage shelves to the vertical posts at your desired heights. The top shelf is foldable; ensure hinges are correctly installed.
4. Mount TV Brackets: Secure the TV mounting brackets to the vertical posts. These brackets allow for height and tilt adjustments.
5. Attach TV to Brackets: Carefully lift your television and attach it to the mounting brackets. Ensure the VESA pattern aligns and all screws are tightened securely. It is recommended to have assistance for this step.
6. Cable Management: Utilize the integrated cable management features to organize and conceal wires for a tidy appearance.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Adjusting TV Height and Tilt

• Height Adjustment: The TV mount offers 6 levels of height adjustment. To adjust, loosen the securing bolts on the vertical posts, slide the TV to the desired height, and re-tighten the bolts firmly.
• Tilt Adjustment: The TV can be tilted up to 10 degrees to optimize viewing angles and reduce glare. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs/bolts on the TV brackets, set the desired angle, and re-tighten.

5.2 Using the Rolling Wheels

• Movement: To move the TV stand, unlock all four 360° swivel wheels. Gently push the stand to its new location.
• Locking: Once the stand is in the desired position, engage the locks on all four wheels to secure it in place and prevent accidental rolling.

5.3 Utilizing Storage Shelves

• The stand features three tiers of storage shelves. These can be used for media devices, gaming consoles, books, or decorative items.
• The top shelf is foldable, providing a versatile surface that can be extended when needed and folded away for space-saving.

5.4 Cable Management

• Integrated cable management clips or channels are provided along the vertical posts. Use these to route and secure power cords and AV cables, maintaining a neat and organized appearance.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
• Hardware Check: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
• Wheel Care: Keep the wheels free of debris to ensure smooth rolling. Lubricate if needed.

7. Troubleshooting

• Stand is unstable: Ensure all assembly bolts are securely tightened. Verify the stand is on a level surface. Lock all four wheels when stationary.
• TV not level: Check that the TV mounting brackets are installed evenly on the vertical posts. Adjust the tilt mechanism if necessary.
• Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check for debris (hair, dust) caught in the wheels. Clean as needed. Ensure wheel locks are disengaged.
