Setup
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your BailiBatt DW601S.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the power station and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all included components (power station, AC adapter, user manual) are present.
- Initial Charge: Connect the provided AC adapter to the input port on the power station and plug it into a wall outlet. The LCD screen will indicate charging status. Charge until the battery indicator shows 100%. This typically takes about 2 hours for 0% to 80% charge.
- Placement: Place the power station on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Operating Instructions
Turning On/Off
- To turn on the power station, press the main Power Button. The LCD screen will illuminate.
- To turn off the power station, press and hold the main Power Button for a few seconds until the screen turns off.
Using AC Outlets
- After turning on the unit, press and hold the "AC" button for 3 seconds to activate the AC output. The AC icon will appear on the LCD screen.
- Plug your AC-powered devices into the AC output ports. Ensure the total wattage of your devices does not exceed 600W.
- To turn off the AC output, press and hold the "AC" button for 3 seconds again.
Using USB Ports (USB-A & USB-C)
- The USB ports are typically active once the power station is turned on.
- Connect your USB-powered devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, drones, etc.) to the appropriate USB-A or USB-C ports.
- The PD 100W USB-C port supports both input and output.

Using DC Output (Car Port)
- Press the "DC" button to activate the 12V DC output. The DC icon will appear on the LCD screen.
- Plug in your 12V DC-powered devices.
- To turn off the DC output, press the "DC" button again.
Charging the Power Station
Your BailiBatt DW601S can be charged via AC wall outlet, solar panel (not included), or car charger.
- AC Charging: Use the included AC adapter. Connect it to the input port and a wall outlet.
- Solar Charging: Connect a compatible solar panel (with MC4 connector) to the input port. The built-in MPPT controller optimizes solar charging efficiency.
- Car Charging: Use a car charger (not included) to charge from your vehicle's 12V outlet.
Using the Flashlight
- Press the Flashlight Button once for constant light.
- Press again for SOS mode (blinking).
- Press a third time for blinking mode.
- Press a fourth time to turn off the flashlight.

Maintenance
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the power station in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
