5.2 Connecting the Wired Model (ST-9616A)

1. Ensure your vehicle's engine is running to provide stable power.
2. Plug the 3-meter power cord's vehicle interface (cigarette lighter plug) into your car's 12V power outlet.

5.3 Attaching the Inflation Hose

1. Screw the inflation hose securely onto the air pump's outlet port.
2. Select the appropriate inflatable conversion head (nozzle) for the item you wish to inflate.
3. Attach the selected nozzle to the end of the inflation hose.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power Button (⏻) for 2-3 seconds. The display will light up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button (⏻) for 2-3 seconds. The display will turn off. The device will also automatically power off after a period of inactivity.

6.2 Selecting Pressure Units

After powering on, short press the Mode Button (↻) to cycle through the available pressure units: PSI, KPA, BAR, KGCM². Select your preferred unit.

6.3 Selecting Inflation Mode

The air pump offers preset modes for common items and a manual mode for custom settings.

1. Short press the Mode Button (↻) to cycle through the preset icons: Bicycle, Motorcycle, Car, Ball. Each mode has a default target pressure.
2. To enter Manual Mode, continue pressing the Mode Button until no specific icon is highlighted, or the display shows a customizable pressure value.

6.4 Setting Target Pressure

• For Preset Modes: The target pressure is pre-set. You can adjust it using the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons if needed.
• For Manual Mode: Use the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons to set your desired target pressure (range: 3-150 PSI).

6.5 Starting and Stopping Inflation

1. Connect the inflation hose with the appropriate nozzle securely to the item's valve stem. The display will show the current pressure of the item.
2. Once the target pressure is set, short press the Power Button (⏻) to start inflation. The pump will begin to operate, and the display will show the increasing real-time pressure.
3. The pump will automatically stop when the target pressure is reached.
4. To manually stop inflation at any time, short press the Power Button (⏻).
5. Carefully disconnect the inflation hose from the valve stem.

6.6 Using the LED Light

  • For ST-9616C (Wireless): Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger and try again.
  • Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to ensure it's not a short press.
• Pump runs but does not inflate:
  • Check if the inflation hose is securely screwed onto the pump and the valve stem.
  • Ensure the correct nozzle adapter is used and properly attached.
  • Verify that the valve stem is not damaged or blocked.
• Pump stops prematurely (not at target pressure):
  • For ST-9616C (Wireless): The battery might be low. Recharge the pump.

• Inaccurate pressure reading:
