4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Site Selection

Choose a level, stable outdoor location that can support the sauna's weight and dimensions (approximately 45.7 x 79.53 x 39.37 inches). The hillside roof design is optimized for rain and snow drainage, making it suitable for various weather conditions. Ensure adequate clearance around the sauna for ventilation and access.

4.2 Electrical Requirements

Proper electrical connection is crucial for safety and performance. Refer to the circuit information below:

4.3 Assembly

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Functions

The sauna is equipped with an intuitive control panel to manage temperature, time, heating intensity, and lighting.

  • Power Button: Press to switch the sauna on or off.
  • Temperature Adjustment (Temp +/-): Adjust the desired temperature between 68-149°F (20-65°C).
  • Time Adjustment (Time +/-): Set the session duration from 1 to 60 minutes.
  • Intensity Button: Adjust heating power intensity (50%, 75%, 100%).
  • Color Light Button: Cycle through chromotherapy light colors or turn off.
  • Light Button: Turn the internal reading light on or off.

5.2 Starting a Sauna Session

  1. Ensure the sauna is properly plugged into the NEMA 5-20P outlet.
  2. Press the Power Button to turn on the sauna.
  3. Use the Temp +/- buttons to set your desired temperature. The sauna has a quick warm-up time of approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Use the Time +/- buttons to set your desired session duration.
  5. Adjust the heating intensity using the Intensity Button if desired.
  6. Select your preferred chromotherapy light color or turn on the reading light using the respective buttons.
  7. Enter the sauna and close the tempered glass door to maintain heat.
  8. The sauna will automatically shut off after the set time expires. You can manually end a session by pressing the Power Button.

5.3 Bluetooth Speaker Operation

Your sauna includes integrated Bluetooth speakers. To connect your device:

  1. Ensure the sauna is powered on.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  3. Search for available devices and select "LTCCDSS Sauna" (or similar name).
  4. Once paired, you can stream audio directly to the sauna's speakers.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Cleaning

  • Always unplug the sauna before cleaning.
  • Wipe down the interior and exterior wood surfaces with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • For stubborn stains, a mild wood cleaner specifically designed for mahogany can be used sparingly.
  • Clean the tempered glass door with a glass cleaner.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dry before operating the sauna again.

6.2 Wood Care

The West African mahogany wood is naturally water-resistant and durable. To maintain its appearance and longevity:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme moisture if possible, even though it is designed for outdoor use.
  • Periodically inspect the wood for any signs of wear or damage.
  • Do not apply paints, varnishes, or sealants to the interior wood, as these can release fumes when heated.
