2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Always use the jack on a hard, level surface.
- Ensure the vehicle's parking brake is engaged and wheels are chocked before lifting.
- Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always use appropriately rated jack stands to support the vehicle after lifting.
- Do not exceed the rated capacity of 3 tons.
- Position the jack saddle only at vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting points.
- Do not use the jack for purposes other than lifting vehicles.
- Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts during operation.
- Lower the vehicle slowly and carefully using the integrated slow lowering function.
- Do not modify the jack in any way.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves.
3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the floor jack and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Handle Assembly: Insert the handle into the handle sleeve on the jack. The handle is easily removable for convenient storage.
- Bleeding Air (Initial Use): Before first use, or if the jack has been stored for a long time, it may be necessary to bleed air from the hydraulic system.
- Turn the release valve counter-clockwise to fully open it.
- Pump the handle up and down rapidly 10-15 times.
- Turn the release valve clockwise to close it. The jack should now operate correctly.
4. Operation
4.1. Lifting the Vehicle (Jack Up)
- Confirm the jack and vehicle are on a firm, flat surface.
- Always set the vehicle's parking brake and block the wheels that will remain on the ground.
- Consult your vehicle's owner's manual to locate the correct jacking points. Position the jack saddle directly under the designated jacking point.
- Turn the release valve clockwise to tighten it. Do not overtighten.
- Insert the handle into the handle sleeve and pump the handle up and down to raise the jack to the desired height. The jack offers a wide adjustment range from a minimum height of 78mm to a maximum height of 508mm.
- Once the vehicle is lifted, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle at the manufacturer's specified support points. Never get under a vehicle supported only by the jack. Jacks are not designed to maintain heavy loads for long periods. Do not set jack stands under both ends or one side of the vehicle simultaneously.
- Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the load onto the jack stands.

- Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle to the ground.
5. Maintenance
- Lubrication: Periodically lubricate moving parts with light grease or oil.
- Hydraulic Oil: Check the hydraulic oil level regularly. If low, refill with high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Do not use brake fluid or other fluids.
- Cleaning: Keep the jack clean and free of dirt, grease, and corrosive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the jack in a dry, clean place with the ram fully retracted.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect the jack for any signs of damage, leaks, or wear. Do not use if damaged.
6. Troubleshooting
